Who we teach
A seven-year-old starting Qaida and an adult returning to Quran after twenty years need different lessons. Each has its own programme.
Kids
Short, patient one-to-one lessons paced for younger learners, with a parent able to see what was covered and what to practise.
Adults
Whether you are starting at the alphabet or refining recitation you already have, lessons are built around the time you can actually commit.
Beginners
No Arabic needed. You begin with Noorani Qaida, learning letters and sounds before reading a single word of Quran.

A family in Toronto and a family in Sydney are seven and fifteen hours from a tutor in Islamabad. Rather than ask you to work around that, tutors are scheduled across a wide spread of hours so a lesson can sit after school or after work where you are.

Questions before you book
If something here is not answered, the trial booking form has a free text box and a person reads it.
Is the trial lesson really free?
Yes. It is a full lesson with a tutor, not a sales call, and it ends with a written assessment of where the student is. We do not ask for payment details to book it.
Can my daughter be taught by a female teacher?
Yes. You choose the tutor’s gender when you book, and it stays the same tutor for every lesson unless you ask to change.
My child has never read Arabic. Where do they start?
With Noorani Qaida, which begins at the individual letters and builds to joined words. No prior Arabic is assumed, and the first lessons are short because that is what works at that stage.
What times are lessons available?
Tutors teach across a wide range of hours so lessons can sit in your evening rather than ours. Tell us the window that works and we match a tutor who is genuinely free then.
How long are the lessons?
It depends on the student. Twenty minutes for a young child, thirty for most children, forty-five for teenagers and adults. A longer lesson for a five-year-old does not teach more.
What happens if we miss a lesson?
Tell us in advance and the slot is rescheduled. Continuity matters more than any single lesson, so the plan absorbs a missed week rather than falling apart.
Do you teach adults who are starting from nothing?
Regularly. Adults usually know exactly what they cannot do, which makes the first assessment quick. Lessons are longer and less frequent than a child’s because the constraint is the calendar, not attention.
Are lessons one to one?
Always. There are no group classes, so the pace follows the student rather than the middle of a room.
